A beautiful beginning carved where we are today. It was 2006 when Parivartan sowed the seeds of initiating social upliftment. When two years back, we ascended into NSS, it got the ball rolling for more than 80 events and deeply penetrating projects, all rooted in a cherishable past with a faith in the future.
Astitva: a project for empowering unrealized potentials. Each One Teach One: focussing on making quality education accessible. Pustak - Book Bank: seeking to make educational resources available. Poshan for nourishing nutrition and Pahal for assessing the beginning apart from concerted efforts for a sustainable environment. All these projects center on our adopted slum: Sanjay Camp.
It is not the projects and the events but our team of spirited members that binds us to the motto of "Service Before Self".
As a family endeavoring for a larger family, we promise to keep beating the odds we face and create a more virtuous and egalitarian world for each and every species.

DISTRIBUTION DRIVE:
THE JOY OF GIVING
"How wonderful it is that nobody needs to wait a single moment to improve the world"
Simply with hope and motivation, we hold the tools to make this world a better place. And we, with the help of various NGOs tried our best to help the people of Sanjay Camp.
In these tough times, the world needs love. And yes, a smile cutting through all barriers, knowing no prejudice, is what we live for.
Only 57.6% women in India use sanitary napkins. A lot of people fail to realize that menstruation is not a problem, poor menstruation hygiene is. Keeping this in mind, NSS SVC put up a brave fight against orthodox mindset and hope to keep working tirelessly for the purpose of spreading awareness by conducting offline informative session on menstrual hygiene followed by distributing sanitary napkins to women of Sanjay Camp so that we can pave the way ahead to a healthier, more inclusive and equitable tomorrow.
